//Hello, my name is Brittany Alyse Smith, and I am the founder of An-Alyse.

My passion for technology began as a child, when I attended coding and technology education programs. My professional career blossomed in high school. I graduated from a Geographical Information Systems academy in Houston, TX.

After completing high school, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

I began my professional career in the technology field in 2014, working in the help desk. I worked my way up the ladder, eventually specializing in cybersecurity. I have worked in defense, utilities, banking, and oil & gas throughout my career. Gaining operational enterprise in classified systems, cloud security, security engineering, IAM, privacy, networking, and systems administration. I've also held a Top Secret Clearance, handling classified systems and data, and upholding NIST standards.

Currently, I am focusing on volunteering and sharing my knowledge of technology and secure coding principles. My mission for An-Alyse is to reimagine technology consulting by advising organizations on cybersecurity best practices and providing precise, analytical technology recommendations.
